Heavy duty steel grating is used in areas where heavy static or rolling loads are encountered including heavy vehicular truck traffic up to H-20 loading.
 
Applications for our heavy duty steel products include airfield landing mats and trenches, airplane unloading ramps, highway bridge decking and sidewalks, concrete reinforcements, vault covers, ramps and docks, industrial flooring and trenches, off-shore drilling rigs and paper mills.
 
1) Press welded type   heavy duty steel grating
 
Economical design ideal for most industrial applications. Manufactured by welding the bearing bar/cross bar intersection with  200-ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel.
2) Pressure locked type    heavy duty steel grating
 
Assembled by inserting pre-punched bearing and cross bars into an "eggcrate" configuration and deforming the cross bars under intense hydraulic pressure. Available in all materials and ideal for many architectural and ornamental applications.

Normally packed in pilling up ways with two pieces of square wood on both upperand bottom sides.there are four or six pieces of M10 long bolt penetrading the gratings and screwing together.it is suitable for loading and unloading by fork-lift and crane.
