Welded Bar Grating is made of flat steel and bars by welding with certain distances. The bearing bars are automatically resistance welded at the contact point with the cross bars and, under a combination of high heat and pressure, are fused together to form a permanent joint. The cross bars provide a high degree of rigidity, yet retain a smooth flat surface for free and easy walking.
It goes through cutting, opening, edging and other processes. The products enjoy the features of high strength, light structure, high bearing, convenience for loading and other properties. The hot dipped zinc coating gives the product excellent anti-corrosion resistance.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWING AND SPECIFICATIONS
The buyer shall be expected to furniture to the supplier a set of construction drawings and specifications of current insure showing the layout of supports and floor openings correctly dimensions, together with the size and types of grating and treads desired. Should cutouts for vertical bracing or moment connections be required for shop fabrications, the structural steel detail drawings shall be furnished prior to the preparation of the grating drawings
If construction drawings and specifications are not available, the buyer shall provide complete information regarding all items listed in "to be provided".
Order Guide of Grating
1. Indicate material of grating, size of load bar and the surface treatment method.
2. Select suitable type of grating according to load table
3. Indicate requirements of banding and cut-put position.
4. Offer the size, quantity and direction (span direction, normally written at the back, followed with "LB ").
5. Where any large area of grating application is required, please provide the following information in the drawing for the purpose of layout design:
All dimensions.
Load bar direction, location and section size of support steel direction.
Location and size of movable area and cut-out.
Location and size of' kick plate, front nosing and splicing.
6. The grating is generally priced by square meter according to area calculation standard of' YB/T4001.1-2007, i. e. Max size of' exterior, including holes and cut-out. Ect.
7. Reasonable alignment of grating.
For example: When using G325/30/100-G grating on a 4700x1500mm platform, generally the design of load bar will be based on the short span(1500mm), moreover, some clearance should be left between gratings for installation.
