1) Press welded type stainless steel grating
 
Economical design ideal for most industrial applications. Manufactured by welding the bearing bar/cross bar intersection with  200-ton hydraulic resistance automatic welding equipment. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel.
 
 
 
 
 
 
2) Pressure locked type  stainless steel grating
 
Assembled by inserting pre-punched bearing and cross bars into an "eggcrate" configuration and deforming the cross bars under intense hydraulic pressure. Available in all materials and ideal for many architectural and ornamental applications.

There are two ways of installation of stainless steel grating:
1) welding: suitable for gratings which will be fixed forever, such as platforms for equipments.
2) using installation fastener: easy to disassemble and of preventing destroying the zinc layer.
Packing                                                                                                      
Normally packed in pilling up ways with two pieces of square wood on both upperand bottom sides.there are four or six pieces of M10 long bolt penetrading the gratings and screwing together.it is suitable for loading and unloading by fork-lift and crane.
